“I have had the distinction of working for over 25 years with families as a childbirth educator, doula, and birth center owner.  When Well-Rounded Maternity Center closed, I decided to return to my first love of health and wellness. 

Healthy families are every bit as important as healthy individuals, so I returned to graduate school for a degree in Family Life Education.  I am now in a unique position to help individuals, couples, and families manage life’s stressors and improve well-being.”
